Project background.
We regularly hear that transport is a major cause of air pollution. The
lockdowns have drastically limited population movements by car, train or
airplane. The idea is to see if these limitations have had an impact on air
quality in France and in which proportions.
The problem.
Measure the impact of reduced mobility on air quality.
Project goals.
Building a report on what impact the decrease in mobility has had on air pollution in France due to several lockdowns.

1. Use open-data by using government APIs and scrape external data.
