This Omdena Local Chapter Challenge runs for 5 weeks and is a unique experience to try and grow your skills in a collaborative and safe environment with a diverse mix of people from all over the world. 

You will work on solving a local problem, initiated by Dodoma, Tanzania Chapter.

The problem

The challenge will help to solve the problem of illegal dumpsites thereby helping reduce the number of illegal dumpsites and help our community live in cleaner surroundings and fight global climate change.

The goals

In this project, the Omdena Kagera Chapter aims to develop an AI model that will help identify illegal dumpsites. The project’s primary is to identify the location of illegal dumpsites.
