Develop a platform where the world can get their white-collar professional projects done without worrying about resources or project constraints. In this 8-week challenge, you will join a collaborative team of 50 AI engineers from all around the world.

The problem

The problem that this Omdena-Remote Symphony challenge and its underlying Online Talent Marketplace are trying to address is the inefficiencies and challenges in the traditional project execution process for professional services. These inefficiencies can include delays, miscommunication, and difficulties in finding the right talent for a project. For example- Difficulty in finding the right talent: Companies may struggle to find the right talent for their projects, as it can be challenging to identify individuals with the specific skills and experience required for a particular project. The platform aims to address these issues by providing an AI Execution Engine and an Online Talent Marketplace that can streamline and automate the project execution process, resulting in better collaboration, more efficient delivery, and improved outcomes.

The project goals

This Omdena-Remote Symphony challenge will focus on creating a cutting-edge platform that will revolutionize the way professional services are delivered. One of the key features that will set this apart from other platforms is its AI Execution Engine along with an Online Talent Marketplace. This engine will be designed to streamline and automate the project execution process, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient delivery, and optimal outcomes. 

The major project goals are:

• Data collection from different sources.
• Creation of an AI chatbot opens and elicits project requirements.
• Creation of a background engine that dissects the project, creates tasks/sub-tasks, generates a definition of “Done” for each task, forms the team structure, calculates pricing, prepares a schedule, and finally generates a project plan draft.
