  • Introduction to Object Detection.
  • Creating a bounding box ground truth for training.
  • Understanding Regional Proposals, IoU, non-max suppression, and mean average precision.
  • Understanding Anchor Boxes, Regional Proposal Network.

Part 2: Real Time Object Detection (7 hours):

  • Working Details of YOLO and Building Custom Object Detectors.
  • Working Details of SSD and Building Custom Object Detectors.
  • Case study of the models that already made an impact.
  • Quantization of the models.

Part 3: Real Time OCR and Object-Tracking (5 hours):

  • Getting familiar with Keras-OCR.
  • Real Time OCR with OpenCV-Tesseract.
  • Real Time Object Tracking with OpenCV.
  • Real Time Object Tracking with Deep Sort.

Part 4: Case Study and Guidance to Make a Positive Impact (6 hours):

  • Exploring challenges, obstacles, success stories.
  • Connecting through active loop and cloud.
  • Creating an android app out of the models.
  • Dockerizing the models.
  • Guidelines for Creating pipelines.
