Introduction
The recent Ideathon Workshop on Artificial Intelligence Projects for Social Impact, held at the Centroamerican University Jose Simeon Cañas, marked a significant stride in harnessing AI for societal betterment. Spanning from November 25th to December 2nd, this event brought together 21 participants from five organizations and six students, all unified in their ambition to leverage AI for positive social change.
Media Literacy Training

These initiatives are designed to enhance society’s ability to critically interpret information, with a special emphasis on protecting the identities of investigative journalists. By fostering a more discerning public, the workshop aims to cultivate a well-informed society.
