I am a Senior IT Consultant in msg nexinsure AG, my main responsibility is supporting our customers during their digital transformation journey and reaching high customer satisfaction. Before being in this position I was a software engineer in 1&1 where I had the responsibility of increasing the company revenue through developing and maintaining the backend of the company's sales portal. I also was a software engineer in aicas GmbH where I helped reaching multiple milestones for the company core product: JamaicaVM.
