About Chapter Leads

César

César Tinoco has 3 years of work experience as Management Consultant both in a firm and as a freelancer. He has worked with local and international companies in complex business problem solving, management consulting, strategic planning, and research. He was also a university professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey for one year. He taught a subject called "Leadership in Action" based on the creation and practical management of projects.Cesar has also been volunteering for 2.5 years as a Focal Point in Americas for SDSN Youth - A United Nations initiative to promote Sustainable Development solutions among youth. César oversees networks and their strategy in Canada, United States, Mexico, Amazonia, Andes and Bolivia.

Luis

Luis is an automitive engineer who made a career change into data analysis and data science. He is profficient in python, sql, tableau. With a background into many areas of physics and maths like heat transfer, materials and vibrations his capacity of abstract and solve complex problems is patent.
